With a passion for solving real-world challenges, Ibrahim combines interests in renewable energy, digital technology, and entrepreneurship to create practical solutions that improve everyday life.

From rebuilding communities devastated by insecurity to investing in the next generation of Borno's leaders, Ibrahim Abba Gana is committed to delivering real, lasting change for every man, woman, and child across all 27 local government areas.
The restore Agenda
Over a million Borno people have been driven from their homes. We will return them — safely, with dignity — and rebuild the communities they left behind. No family should return to rubble.
An entire generation grew up in displacement, not classrooms. We will rebuild every school, train every teacher, and ensure no child in Borno is left without a future — from primary school to technical training.
Our communities have lived under the shadow of fear for too long. We will strengthen our security forces and invest in the root causes — jobs, education, and hope — so that peace is permanent, not temporary.
Borno was once a crossroads of commerce. We will make her one again — developing Maiduguri as a logistics hub, reviving Biu airstrip, and building 2,000km of roads and fibre to connect every LGA to opportunity.
500,000 new jobs for the sons and daughters of Borno. Our youth are not a burden — they are our greatest resource. We will put them to work, give them skills, and build an economy that rewards effort.
The villages of Borno have been forgotten for too long. We will bring roads, electricity, water, and markets to every ward — powered by renewable energy — so that prosperity is not only for the city.
Women will own land. Youth will lead. We will establish Women Farm Ownership Cooperatives, deploy solar infrastructure in low-income communities, and ensure every voice — especially the forgotten ones — is heard.
Borno has bled. Our mothers have buried their children. Our farmers have abandoned their fields. Our students have grown up knowing only displacement and fear. But I have seen what Borno once was — and I know what she can be again. The RESTORE agenda is not a slogan. It is a promise written in the tears of our people: to Rebuild what was broken, to Educate every child left behind, to Secure every community still living in shadow, to Transform our economy from aid to enterprise, to Open opportunity for our youth, to Revive the dignity of every Borno family — and to Empower every ward, every woman, every forgotten voice. I am running for Governor because Borno deserves more than survival. She deserves to thrive.
