Return people only when it is completely safe to do so. Ensure local authority functions and economic rehabilitation that support living with dignity across all 27 LGAs of Borno State.
Transform education to meet the needs of Borno State — focused on training centres for technicians, farmers, agro-processing, logistics, transport, and irrigation.
Continue to support security forces and strengthen our security capability. We must also invest in non-kinetic solutions: education, jobs, and opportunity.
Develop Maiduguri as an airport logistics hub, revive the airstrip in Biu, and deploy over 2,000km of road network and fibre backbone to connect Borno's communities and drive economic growth.
500 thousand new job opportunities for everyone — reconnect Borno as a gateway for trade, strengthen our economy, and prioritise actions that deliver real results for every citizen.
Invest in rural infrastructure, land development, and community services — powered by renewable energy to drive irrigation and productive machinery — ensuring every village and ward in Borno State shares in the prosperity of a rebuilt and thriving state.
Women Farm Ownership Cooperatives that will provide suitable farmland to registered women cooperatives at zero upfront cost. Deploy solar-powered phone charging stations at ultra-low cost across low-income communities.
