This page and all associated social media content, including posts, advertisements, and sponsored content published on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms, are paid for and authorised by the Brighter Borno Campaign Organisation on behalf of Ibrahim Abba Gana, PDP Gubernatorial Candidate for Borno State.
In compliance with Meta's Political Advertising Policy, all political ads run by this campaign are transparently labelled as "Paid for by Brighter Borno Campaign" and are included in the Meta Ad Library for public review.
Meta requires that all advertisers running ads about social issues, elections, or politics in Nigeria confirm their identity and location. This campaign has completed the required authorisation process with Meta Platforms, Inc.

The Brighter Borno Campaign is conducted in full compliance with the Electoral Act 2022 (as amended), the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Regulations and Guidelines for the Conduct of Elections, and all applicable Nigerian electoral laws.
All campaign finance activities, including expenditures on advertising, events, and materials, are reported to INEC in accordance with Section 88 of the Electoral Act 2022, which sets out the maximum permissible campaign spending limits for gubernatorial candidates.
This campaign does not engage in vote-buying, voter intimidation, or any conduct prohibited under the Electoral Act 2022. Any member of the public who witnesses electoral malpractice is encouraged to report it directly to INEC.
Campaign materials bearing the name and image of Ibrahim Abba Gana are authorised solely by the Brighter Borno Campaign Organisation. Unauthorised use of the candidate's name, image, or campaign branding is prohibited.
